WGTP Footscray Road westbound closure and Intermodal Way opening in Port of Melbourne

Significant road works changes will impact access to the Swanson Precinct of the Port of Melbourne from 30 March 2023.

This involves the simultaneous works being conducted by the West Gate Tunnel Project to continue to position the steel girders to build the elevated roadway along Footscray Road, and necessary works in Dock Link Road south of Footscray Road to prepare for the full opening of Intermodal Way as part of the Port of Melbourne’s Port Rail Transformation Project (PRTP).
