Significant landside delays within DP World’s West Swanson Terminal (WST) in the Port of Melbourne over several days has led to damaging landside cost increases and transport inefficiencies.

Average Truck Turnaround Times (TTT) have blown out to between 2 to 3 hours.

Transport operators pay high Terminal Access Fees and Vehicle Booking System (VBS) charges.  They expect better service.
