DP World Industrial Dispute – National Agreement Reached

DP World and the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) have reached in-principle agreement on the clauses for a new four-year Enterprise Agreement (EA).  “Part A” deals with the national issues, while negotiations on “Part B” (individual terminal) discussions continue.
