NSW PBLIS Review Report Released

CTAA welcomes the release of the Final Report of the Independent Review of the NSW Ports and Maritime Administration Act (the Act) and the Port Botany Landside Improvement Strategy (PBLIS) on 25 January 2024.

The release of the Report coincides with an announcement by NSW Minister for Transport, Jo Haylen MP, of a policy reform program to address the key issues facing the freight industry in NSW.
