In consultation with Victoria International Container Terminal (VICT) at Webb Dock, Melbourne, CTAA has explored the ramifications of the implementation of VICT’s VGM Weight Discrepancy Fee on all containers (import and export) that are determined to be +/- one tonne in variance from the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) of the container recorded by the shipping line.
