Patrick Melbourne PortRail And CargoLink – MSIC And Access Card Mandate

Patrick has advised that from 4th March 2024 a valid Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) and OneStop access swipe card will be required by all truck drivers to access the Melbourne PortRail & CargoLink facilities. Driver must also complete an online induction.
