Three key Empty Container Parks (ECPs) in Melbourne have given notice to industry that they will switch to the OneStop Modal platform for ECP management and to the OneStop Vehicle Booking System (VBS) for heavy vehicle arrival notification from 1 September 2025.
The three ECPs – Port Melbourne Containers (PMC), Melbourne Container Park (MCP) and Westlink Container Services, have a linked ownership structure and are a key element of the independently owned and operated network of ECPs servicing empty container management needs associated with trade through the Port of Melbourne.
