DP World Increase in Landside Charges

DP World Australia (DPWA) has issued 60-day Notices of Intention to increase landside fees at each of its Terminals in Australia from 1 January 2024.  The increases proposed on the east coast are massive (between 21% to 52%), while Terminal Access Charges (TACs) in Fremantle where the government-owned port manager, Fremantle Ports, restricts landside fee increases under DPWA’s terminal lease, the increases are only 5%
